New Tourism Website Launched to Target 18-35 Year Olds.
A young entrepreneur based in Co. Donegal has set up a tourism based website called We Love Weekends, which caters for young people planning weekend breaks and stag/ hen parties in Ireland.
So far it is the only website in Ireland which allows you to pre - book activities online, in advance. It provides everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable and care free time such as flights, car hire, hotels, day and night time activities, and it also even provides the customer with the option of ordering fancy dress costumes and customised t-shirts and memorabilia to add to the fun!
The inspiration for the website came from the business owner’s own personal experience of a stag party gone wrong. The night was so hard to organise that they ended up just going to a nightclub - minus the groom for most of the night!
Michael Fox, managing director: “The night was a disaster, we felt awful. The groom was having such a rotten time that he just gave up and went home! We had tried to help the best man to organise something by looking online for ideas, but we were shocked to see the lack of websites that could help us. I decided to set up the website after hearing many other complain of the same dilemma”.
With this website the organising is already done and all you have to do is decide where you want to go and what you want to do. At present the activities are primarily in Donegal and the website plans to expand to the rest of Ireland and the UK in the near future.
